The Nursing Program within Oklahoma State University’s College of Education and Human Sciences is seeking applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the main campus in Stillwater starting August 2026. The successful applicant will join a collaborative team of faculty who work with and mentor our undergraduate nursing students. We are interested in scholars who have experience and interest in working with interdisciplinary teams of health professionals on educational projects. In addition to developing an independent research program, this position requires a commitment to providing a quality learning experience for nursing students in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings. The position requires an experienced nurse clinician and nurse educator who holds a registered professional nursing license in the state of Oklahoma and a doctoral degree in nursing. This individual is expected to complete instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with the mission and policies of the university, college, and program. The candidate must be willing to teach courses in various delivery formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online) as needed. Participation in program meetings, committees, and other service activities is expected.
