This renewable, non-tenure track appointment is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Practice level, with rank determined by the candidate’s teaching experience and technical expertise. As part of OSU’s General Faculty, the successful candidate will contribute to the university’s teaching mission and strategic initiatives. Primary responsibilities include: (1) Teaching lab-intensive undergraduate and/or graduate courses in ECE, spanning both foundational subjects (e.g., electric circuits, control) and advanced topics in machine learning and artificial intelligence; (2) Advising ECE students on academic matters; (3) Engaging in student-focused educational activities and outreach programs.

Program Manager COMPACT in Stillwater
The OSU Community Wellness Program’s Community Prevention, Advocacy, Counseling, and Treatment (COMPACT) Program Manager will guide the day-to-day operation of the COMPACT project. The Program Manager will supervise the Program Coordinator, Program Evaluator and other project staff and volunteers as applicable. The Program Manager will assure efficient and effective progression toward completing program outcomes and grant reporting. Will assure compliance with all required reporting. Attends all required trainings and workshops. Submits all required reports and data through the SPARS system. The Program Manager must be able to work within a team environment and independently. Additionally, Program Manager will serve as the lead contact for all COMPACT partnership agreements and ensure all COMPACT reporting and grant requirements are being met. The Program Manager will demonstrate effectiveness in developing and confirming policies and procedures; supports organizational commitments and goals, completes tasks in line with established budgets and schedules. Maintains complete, accurate, and current records. Submits all required reports in a timely and efficient manner.

Grant Evaluation Coordinator - COMPACT in Stillwater
The Grant Evaluation Coordinator will work in collaboration with the COMPACT Program Manager to implement the activities of the OSU Community Wellness Program's COMPACT( Community Prevention, Advocacy, Counseling, and Treatment) Program servicing Tulsa, Payne, Osage, Pawnee, Creek, and Okmulgee Counties. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator must be able to work independently and within a team environment. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Program Manager and Grant Coordinator and will coordinate evaluation efforts of the funded project which includes conducting assessments, surveys, trainings, assists in the organization of testing events, provides technical assistance, develops and disseminates messaging and awareness campaign materials, and attends local, state and regional meetings as required. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator will: a) identify community needs and gaps in services and network with community agencies, including healthcare professionals. b) provides expertise on alcohol, tobacco, and other drug (ATOD) and their linkage to HIV. c) maintains contact with communities including local governments, schools, and community coalitions. d) Recruits advocacy volunteers and stakeholders who serve the at risk racial/ethnic emergent population. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator exhibits effectiveness in developing and conforming to policies and procedures; supports organizational commitments and goals, completes tasks in line with established budgets and schedules. Maintains complete, accurate and current records. Prepares and delivers presentations to address gaps in knowledge and services. Submits all required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
