The Workforce Development at RRCC is seeking a Part-Time Temporary HVAC Instructor to provide high-quality bilingual (Spanish/English) instruction for HVAC workforce training programs through classroom, laboratory, and hands-on learning experiences. The instructor is responsible for delivering industry-relevant curriculum, supporting student success, promoting safe work practices, and preparing students for entry-level employment in the HVAC industry. This position supports RRCC's commitment to serving diverse learners and expanding access to career and technical education opportunities. This position reports to Director of Workforce Services. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Lakewood location. May require hours outside of normal work schedule. This position may work up to 28 hours per week, depending on budget and need.

Plans and executes developmentally appropriate activities for primary children based on their needs and interests on a weekly basis. Mentors Assistant Toddler/Preschool Teachers in The Center and models quality care giving practices for students in the ECE program. Supports family interactions by holding at least two parent teacher conferences a year with each family, conveying written information about each child’s interests and needs at least once a week. Loretto Heights Director of Education & Work-Based Learning in Denver
The Director of Education and Work-Based Learning at Loretto Heights will lead and create educational work-based learning experiences for the Venue Management and Operations Associate in Applied Science degree program at the Loretto Heights theater, an off-campus professionally staffed and run theater and teaching/learning facility serving Loretto Heights and the greater surrounding community. The director will have experience creating competency-based educational programs and work-based learning experiences. This position will work closely with the theater venue’s professional staff to coordinate, track, and record on the job learning experiences for the part-time student employee program cohort. Additionally, the director will manage the academic student experience and partner with other CCD divisions such as student services and workforce initiatives to ensure holistic student support. Operations at Loretto Heights are rooted in a workforce training and educational mission, using the venue as a hands-on learning environment for students pursuing careers in venue management, live events, and production management. The ideal candidate will bring an open mind, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for mentoring and educating emerging professionals through a well-rounded, real-world training program.
