Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Aide Assistant Professor, Provisional Faculty in Denver
The Nurse Aide Assistant Faculty Position is a full-time, 9-month position in CCD’s rapidly expanding Department of Nursing. Full-time faculty members are assigned 18 working units each semester with the option to teach summer courses for additional compensation. Faculty may need to teach at either of our campuses (Lowry and Auraria) and at a variety of times (days, evenings, and some weekends). The CCD Department of Nursing is committed to the continued growth and development of its staff and faculty. In addition to teaching, the role plays a critical part in developing and refining course curricula, implementing program initiatives, and contributing to the growth and success of the Nurse Aide program through thoughtful program management and administrative support

GED Instructor (Standing Position) in Fort Morgan
The GED Instructor is responsible for the instruction of GED students in Math & Science or English & Social Studies. This position will coordinate with the Student Retention & Basic Skills Specialist to ensure student needs are being met through careful record-keeping of all facets of student performance including test results, subject gains, and attendance. Responsibilities include lesson planning, record-keeping, answering student questions/inquiries via email and phone, grading, and providing constructive feedback on assignments, composing course outlines/syllabi, and consistently collaborating and communicating with the Student Retention & Basic Skills Specialist to connect students to opportunities they are interested in post-GED. This position will include teaching times primarily in the mornings/afternoons though in the future could include teaching assignments in the evenings and on weekends, depending on student/community needs. A variety of instructional delivery modalities (synchronous, hybrid, remote) may be employed via Zoom and other platforms. The individual shall perform all duties while promoting opportunities for inclusion, expressing the valuing of differences, and regularly demonstrating the college's commitment to the Guiding Principles.
