Loretto Heights Director of Education & Work-Based Learning in Denver
The Director of Education and Work-Based Learning at Loretto Heights will lead and create educational work-based learning experiences for the Venue Management and Operations Associate in Applied Science degree program at the Loretto Heights theater, an off-campus professionally staffed and run theater and teaching/learning facility serving Loretto Heights and the greater surrounding community. The director will have experience creating competency-based educational programs and work-based learning experiences. This position will work closely with the theater venue’s professional staff to coordinate, track, and record on the job learning experiences for the part-time student employee program cohort. Additionally, the director will manage the academic student experience and partner with other CCD divisions such as student services and workforce initiatives to ensure holistic student support. Operations at Loretto Heights are rooted in a workforce training and educational mission, using the venue as a hands-on learning environment for students pursuing careers in venue management, live events, and production management. The ideal candidate will bring an open mind, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for mentoring and educating emerging professionals through a well-rounded, real-world training program. Success in this role requires a commitment to balancing operational excellence with student development while advancing Loretto Heights' mission of community-centered programming and equitable access to arts, culture, education, and events for all.

Director of Engineering in Colorado Springs
The Director of Engineering shall work under the direction of the Executive Dean of Science, Engineering, & Math, and shall provide supervision of Engineering faculty and instructors, oversight of course scheduling, marketing, transfer engineering student advising and extracurricular activity oversight, community and industry networking, and curriculum development, and collaborating with engineering laboratory staff to assure that instructional needs are met. The Director shall assist the Executive Dean with the hiring of Engineering faculty and shall be responsible for the hiring of Engineering instructors.
