Part-time instructor positions (as defined by State Board Policy, BP 3-10) exist to create and maintain a teaching and learning environment that empowers students to be successful. Part-time instructors work under the direction of their respective Department Chair, Associate Dean, or Division Dean. Pikes Peak State College maintains a pool of qualified part-time instructors. Part-time instructors will be selected to support departmental requirements. Part-time instructors may be employed to teach courses, conduct presentations or other service activities when current instructors and faculty are not available.

Group Fitness Instructor in Lakewood
The Student Recreation Center (SRC) at RRCC is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to provide safe and effective fitness instruction to group settings with participants that represent varying fitness backgrounds and levels. The Group Fitness Instructor will also be responsible for ensuring that fitness equipment for classes are clean, sanitized, and free of any problems that could cause injury to participants or instructors. This position reports to the Fitness & Operations Coordinator. The work schedule for this position will operate during the Student Recreation Center operating hours Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm at the Lakewood Campus. May require hours outside of normal work schedule.
