Nursing Faculty in Fort Morgan
The faculty member is responsible for delivery of instruction to students in the Associate’s Degree Nursing Program. The position includes classroom teaching, clinical and lab supervision as well as student advisement, participation in department, divisional and college-wide activities, curriculum development, accreditation compliance activities, and professional development. The faculty member functions as a team member of a program area/department and a division. The faculty member will be dynamic, creative and committed to teaching excellence, and have a passion for continuous improvement and assessment of student learning. The faculty member shall perform all duties while promoting opportunities for inclusion, expressing the valuing of differences, and regularly demonstrating the college’s commitment to the Guiding Principles. Teaching assignments may include alternative delivery settings which include synchronous video, online or asynchronous, evening, night and weekend offerings.
