What you’ll do

Reporting to the Lead – Training & Compliance, you will play a key role in supporting training delivery, ensuring compliance standards are met, and coordinating regional program activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and schedule regional training programs, ensuring efficient delivery and completion
• Support compliance reporting and maintain accurate training records
• Assist with mobilisation of new work through training and compliance coordination
• Collaborate with site training teams, workforce and external training providers
• Maintain and update reporting tools (including SharePoint and training systems)
• Support governance activities, including reviews of Training Management Plans and TNAs
• Promote health, safety and compliance in alignment with the Thiess One HSE culture
• Contribute to continuous improvement in training processes and systems

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Training or Program Coordination role
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards)
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with digital training platforms and reporting systems
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Understanding of training compliance requirements and relevant legislation
• Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
