FIFO Plumber From $114,696 Gross Per Year + Allowances + Super

Delta FM has most recently acquired the contract for Facilities Maintenance, servicing the established village at Rio Hope Downs 1. We are offering Full Time Permanent positions. Flights will be from Perth to West Angeles, and approx. 30 min drive to camp. Camp includes amenities such as a Basketball & Tennis Courts, Pool, Squash Rooms & a golf simulator!

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential services in a remote mining accommodation environment
• Being part of the first Delta FM crew on site, either on A Crew or B Crew
• Repair and maintain plumbing across the site including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Kitchen, Laundry, Bathrooms & Offices
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
• Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min. Call Outs, Contractor/Nominee allowance, Dual Trade, Leading Hand etc

THE PERSON

• Current WA Plumbing Contractors Licence
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Previous FIFO or remote work experience highly regarded
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport
