Your role, your impact
As a Service Support Officer, you’ll be the frontline in ensuring venues operate seamlessly and customers experience uninterrupted entertainment. Reporting into a supportive leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in minimising downtime, coordinating technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with venues.
- Lead venue connections and reconnections to the MAX network
- Drive fault diagnosis and resolution to minimise machine downtime
- Log and escalate venue issues with accurate records and reporting
- Coordinate third-party technical support and maintenance services
- Provide venues with timely updates on current and outstanding faults
- Extract and evaluate monitoring host reports to identify alerts
- Optimise customer service through efficient call handling and support
- Perform clerical tasks to meet business priorities and operational needs
- Deliver host reports to venues on request
- Work flexible shifts between 6:30am and midnight, 7 days a week
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a confident problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring strong communication skills, technical know-how, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across every interaction.
- Experienced in gaming or wagering operations and monitoring software
- Proven ability to understand gaming legislation and compliance processes
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capability with a proactive approach
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
