Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Crime Risk & Compliance, you’ll provide independent quality assurance across financial crime activities and turn findings into meaningful insights that improve performance across the function. 

• Review financial crime investigations against quality standards 

• Analyse trends and identify emerging quality or risk issues 

• Provide coaching and feedback to support analysts on QA results

• Create reporting and dashboards for leaders and stakeholders 

• Recommend process and training improvements from findings 

• Support enhancements to quality assurance frameworks 

Your winning edge 

You’ll be naturally curious, analytical and comfortable turning complex information into clear, practical insights. 

• Experience in financial crime, compliance or assurance environments 

• Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering obligations 

• Capability reviewing investigations and evidence-based decisions 

• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder skills 

• Confidence coaching others and providing constructive feedback 

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau desirable
