      Under the supervision of the Country Coordinator and the technical coordination of the Child Protection Manager, ADAP Manager, and BMI Senior Policy and Advocacy Coordinator, the Consultant will support the development of a comprehensive documentation blueprint to be implemented in 2026. This blueprint will serve as a strategic framework to guide the systematic documentation of UNICEF’s interventions in Italy over the past decade, with a particular focus on capturing models, methodologies, achievements, and lessons learned. The documentation blueprint will reflect UNICEF’s programming in a high-income country (HIC) context, as outlined in the 2023 Programme Guidance for HICs. It will also take into account the unique operational setup in Italy, where UNICEF operates alongside a National Committee, ensuring complementarity between UNICEF’s technical engagement and the National Committee’s role.
