The key objectives of this assignment include: 1) A Work Plan between the MoJ and UNICEF with regards to the modernisation of the MoJ’s data system for the Register is concluded, which specifies the desired process, means and outcome which the information management system for the Register is to meet as well as the safety standards and protocols to be put in place. 2) A vendor selected and onboarded to develop, rollout and maintain (temporarily) the agreed upon modernisation solution. 3) The Ministry’s processes and protocols around the register are streamlined whilst also be secured to ensure prompt sharing, verification and storage, whilst not compromising on confidentiality and security. 4) The personnel of the MoJ’s capacity on data protection, cyber security and information management are strengthened.
