La consultoría desarrollará herramientas tecnológicas complementarias al Sistema de Información Gerencial en Salud (SIGSA) de Guatemala para fortalecer el monitoreo de la ventana de oportunidad de los primeros mil días de vida. Estas herramientas aprovecharán datos disponibles a nivel local para reconstruir trayectorias individuales y superar las limitaciones derivadas de la consolidación de datos por eventos. El objetivo es generar alertas automatizadas el mismo día de la carga de información, permitiendo a los equipos de salud actuar de manera oportuna en áreas clave como vacunación, monitoreo del crecimiento, suplementación nutricional e identidad. Con ello, se busca fortalecer la toma de decisiones basada en datos y mejorar la atención de niños y niñas en etapas críticas de desarrollo.
