The consultant will support the design and delivery of joint communication plans and frameworks for multi-country and global partnerships, including coordinating communication planning across multiple markets. The role includes facilitating partnership communication workshops, developing high-quality communication assets and materials, and managing reputational risks through proactive communication strategies. The consultant will also oversee the rollout and implementation of these communication assets and frameworks in collaboration with markets. The job entails close collaboration with National Committees and country offices to mitigate reputational risks, contribute to the prevention of public relations crises, and work with internal and external stakeholders to successfully manage responses to reputational issues for UNICEF’s private sector financial and non-financial partnerships with business, foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and membership-based and faith-based organizations.

UNICEF Innocenti - Global Office of Research and Foresight requires an events vendor to support the production of major conferences in Florence, Italy. It is crucial that the event be carried out in a highly professional and sophisticated way. This includes maximizing the experience of the participants before, during and after the event. To allow the guests to be fully focused on the content, logistics need to be run smoothly, be well-conceived and emotionally resonant. The number of participants varies from a minimum of 40 to a maximum of 120, sometimes including young leaders. Events may last from 1 to 5 days. UNICEF Innocenti - Global Office of Research and Foresight is expecting to organize from 1 to 5 events per year, subject to availability of funds.

This exercise seeks to generate evidence on the perceptions, attitudes, motivations, and drivers that shape adolescents’ and young people’s (ages 10–24) access to and engagement with learning and skill development opportunities across South Asian countries. Through this study, UNICEF aims to gain valuable insights into the opportunities and gaps that exist in accessing learning and skill development opportunities for adolescents and young people, in particular the most disadvantaged.
