This high-impact assignment involves finalizing a detailed mapping and update plan for HR regulatory documents, followed by drafting and revising 115 policies to reflect the new framework’s structure, clarity, and delegated authorities. The consultant will conduct in-depth policy analysis, identify gaps and inconsistencies, streamline language for improved clarity, and build a structured database to manage and prioritize revisions. With a 12-month timeline and close collaboration with the project lead, this consultancy offers an opportunity to strengthen HR governance across the organization and support UNICEF’s mission with enhanced compliance, coherence, and operational efficiency.
