The consultant will deliver time-bound, deliverable-based support to strengthen the operational and administrative systems of the GenU Programme Team. The consultancy will focus on improving workflows, updating tools and templates, and developing clear, transferable processes that enhance efficiency and can be sustained by staff after the consultancy concludes. Under the joint supervision of the Deputy Director, Programmes, and the Programme Specialist (Girls’ Education and Skills Partnership [GESP] Coordinator), the Consultant will provide programme support to GenU, with a particular focus on GESP.
