UNICEF is seeking a Senior Consultant on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) Innovation to advance the organisation’s climate resilience agenda under the new Strategic Plan (2026–2029). The consultant will lead a global effort to identify, document, and scale globally tested DRR/CCA innovations— including early warning and anticipatory approaches—across UNICEF sectors. Working closely with the Climate Resilience Centre of Excellence and the Office of Innovation, the consultant will develop global guidance, practical tools, case studies, and training materials, while providing tailored technical assistance to priority countries. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to influence global climate resilience programming and drive child-focused innovation at scale
