  • Email Marketing Specialist in various locations

    The Email Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of the University’s email communications and marketing campaigns. Working under the direction of the Associate Director, Marketing Email and Event Systems, this role is responsible for building, scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns that support recruitment, advancement, events, and institutional communications. The Email Marketing Specialist helps ensure that broadcast email communications are delivered accurately, effectively, and in alignment with institutional brand standards and messaging guidelines. This role contributes to the success of Integrated Marketing Communications by supporting email marketing operations, maintaining communication calendars, assisting with campaign reporting, and providing operational support and training to internal partners using email marketing tools.

  • Supervisor, Custodial Services in Malibu Campus

    Under the direction of the Manager of Custodial Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises all aspects of the Custodial Services division to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. Supervises Custodial Services personnel and oversees relevant cleaning, pest control, waste management, and event support processes during the hours of 3:30 pm - 12:30 am.

    The Night Auditor plays a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for all guests visiting and staying at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work, and serving as a front-line representative of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center, the Night Auditis responsible for overseeing guest check-ins, check-outs, handling inquiries, and processing payments, while delivering excellent customer service and hospitality, reflective of Pepperdine University. This role helps ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all guests, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires experience in customer service, with an understanding of event operations and a proactive approach to hospitality. This position would primarily fill the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift on Fridays and Saturdays:

  • Business Services Specialist in Malibu Campus

    The Business Services Specialist supports the operations of the office of the Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Business Services and plays a central role in advancing the operational effectiveness of the Business Services division. This position is responsible for driving projects forward, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting daily operations across the Business Services division. Serving as a central point of coordination for the division, the Business Services Specialist partners with internal departments and external business partners to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery of high-quality service. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and solutions-oriented professional who demonstrates initiative, strong attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. The Business Services division oversees campus dining services, bookstores, licensing, vending, summer conferences, filmings, and the on-campus executive Center. This position plays a key role in supporting these areas through collaboration, project coordination, benchmarking, walk-throughs, reporting, audit processes, operational implementation, and provides additional support across Business Services operations as needed.
