Carpenter/Painter II in Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager of Maintenance Services and Supervisor of Maintenance Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, provide maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. Complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.

Senior Irrigation Specialist in Malibu Campus
Under general supervision of the Manager, Landscape and Irrigation Services and Supervisor, Landscape and Irrigation Services for the Department of Facilities Services (“DFS”), and in collaboration with your colleagues, acts as a Senior Irrigation Specialist, providing training, technical expertise, and assistance in performing all duties related to installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, fixtures, and related devices throughout campus facilities and the athletic fields. Assist in maintaining University grounds by supervising and completing all irrigation system related activities to ensure the success and good appearance of campus landscaping. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.

The Temporary Front Desk Agent at Villa Graziadio will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk staff will assist with check-ins, manage guest inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the facility. The position requires a strong focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience, aligning with the Villa Graziadio's mission to host successful events and provide an atmosphere of learning and inspiration. This role will be essential in providing the professional and efficient service expected in this premier conference and retreat destination located on the picturesque Pepperdine University Malibu campus.
