GIS Analyst in Malibu Campus
The GIS Analyst plays a critical role in the planning, execution, and closeout phases of university construction projects by managing, analyzing, and visualizing geospatial data. The Analyst will collect, maintain, and improve the integrity of all spatial data and produce maps and analysis in support of key administrative and operational decisions. This position supports the architectural, design, project management, and maintenance teams by providing accurate, up-to-date location intelligence to aid in decision-making, mitigate risk, enhance project efficiency from site evaluation through 'as-built' documentation, and to support maintenance and emergency operations. This position will implement and maintain a suite of GIS and related software and processes in collaboration with department leadership and technical staff.

The Email Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of the University’s email communications and marketing campaigns. Working under the direction of the Associate Director, Marketing Email and Event Systems, this role is responsible for building, scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns that support recruitment, advancement, events, and institutional communications. The Email Marketing Specialist helps ensure that broadcast email communications are delivered accurately, effectively, and in alignment with institutional brand standards and messaging guidelines. This role contributes to the success of Integrated Marketing Communications by supporting email marketing operations, maintaining communication calendars, assisting with campaign reporting, and providing operational support and training to internal partners using email marketing tools.

The Division Coordinator collaborates proactively with the Associate Dean to ensure effective administration of the Division. The primary focus of the position is to plan, direct, implement and execute the administrative support activities of Psychology Division faculty, staff and administration in order that the function, goals and objectives of the Psychology Division are accomplished. Working closely with the Associate Dean, the Division Coordinator takes responsibility for the Division’s administration, including budget, financial and personnel matters, and supervises both the Divisional administrative support staff and Graduate Student Assistants who work in the Division.

Under the direction of the Manager of Custodial Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises all aspects of the Custodial Services division to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. Supervises Custodial Services personnel and oversees relevant cleaning, pest control, waste management, and event support processes during the hours of 3:30 pm - 12:30 am.
