Development Coordinator, SPP and CSOL in Malibu Campus
The Development Coordinator serves as a partner to the Vice Chancellor of Development for the School of Public Policy (SPP) and Caruso School of Law (CSOL) in Advancement to reach the University's fundraising goals. This position provides daily administrative support services to the development team and assists with tasks such as prospect research, donation correspondence, gift fulfillment, campaign support, events/meeting management, and special events assistance. This position requires in-person collaboration with a number of University constituents, supervisors, donors, and friends of the University in order to fulfill the duties of the job.

The Director of Alumni Engagement plays a crucial role in fostering enduring relationships with alumni, students, faculty, and staff at the Caruso School of Law (CSOL) and the School of Public Policy (SPP). This position is responsible for executing strategic initiatives to enhance alumni engagement, contributing to the development of a vibrant alumni community, and supporting the strategic goals of the Dean(s), the Advancement Strategic Plan, and the Ascend Together University Strategic Plan. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Affairs, the Director oversees various aspects of alumni relations at the Caruso School of Law and School of Public Policy and contributes to the implementation of the Alumni Affairs Strategic Plan.

Librarian for Electronic Resources in Malibu Campus
The Librarian for Electronic Resources manages the acquisition, access, and renewal of electronic resources, ensuring seamless and reliable access for all users. This role involves analyzing usage data to inform collection development, negotiating license agreements, and maintaining accurate metadata to ensure that Pepperdine Libraries’ resources meet the ever-changing needs of the university’s academic community. Pepperdine Libraries’ collections currently include more than 370,000 print volumes, 500,000 ebooks, 65,000 electronic serials, and 130 databases. This position, which enjoys faculty status, supports the University's mission of promoting academic excellence and Christian values.
