      Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law invites applications for the Vivian G. Prins Endowed Visiting Professorship in Jewish & Israeli Law for the 2026–2027 academic year only. The Professorship brings leading and emerging scholars of Jewish and Israeli law to Pepperdine to teach, write, and engage with our vibrant academic and professional community in Los Angeles. The School of Law is an ABA-accredited, AALS member law school located in Malibu, California.       The Exam Systems Manager supports students with disabilities and faculty across the University in providing Seaver accommodated exams.

    • Assistant Director, Advancement Operations and Employment in Malibu Campus

      The Assistant Director of Advancement Operations and Employment works closely with the Executive Director of Advancement Administration to manage and further implement Human Resources-related initiatives for the department. This includes navigating employee relations concerns, increasing professional development and engagement opportunities for the Advancement department, and administrating and implementing all transactional human resources-related work for Advancement. The individual in this role will also be the point person for hiring, separations, job descriptions, refining operational processes, etc. for the department. This individual also oversees and manages the Operations Coordinator and the student worker team for the front desk.

    • Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs in Malibu Campus

      The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive support to the Vice President for Student Affairs and administrative support to the Student Life Committee of the Board of Regents. It also serves as the primary liaison with HR on background checks and hiring processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding, supporting development plans, and helping to resolve workplace conflicts.     • Athletics Counselor in Malibu Campus

      The Counseling Center at Pepperdine University promotes mental health on the Pepperdine campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. The Pepperdine University Department of Athletics is committed to Christian values, to the academic well-being of student athletes, and to competing for championships. The athletics counselor will provide services for general students and student-athletes, including counseling, outreach, and consultation. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students.
