Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer in Malibu Campus
The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is to provide comprehensive operational support for the Office of the CFO. While primarily supporting the CFO, this position should work well, and in close collaboration, with other University administrative staff. The CFO oversees the Office of the Controller, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Finance Systems, Credit and Account Receivables, Cashiers and Financial Planning and Analysis. The Finance Department supports and sustains a commitment to the University mission by encouraging good stewardship of University resources, providing efficient service to internal and external constituents, and providing relevant financial information and analysis.

Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian in Malibu Campus
The Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian is a key member of the team of library faculty and staff who together manage the operations of the graduate campus libraries at Pepperdine University. In alignment with the University’s mission and strategic plan, the Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian develops strong working relationships with faculty, students, staff, and affiliated researchers at the Graziadio Business School, School of Public Policy, and Graduate School of Education and Psychology to support their learning, research, and teaching needs through collections and services. The person in this position is responsible for providing group and individual instruction and consultation for basic and advanced research and for academic courses. Additionally, the librarian collaborates with colleagues to enhance existing programs and services and to develop new programs and services that promote the use of the libraries’ collections, services, and expertise as opportunities arise.

Program Manager, Intercultural Affairs in Malibu Campus
The Program Manager (PM) reports to the Director of Intercultural Affairs (ICA) and collaborates closely with ICA Assistant Directors and student leaders to plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale student club events. This includes ensuring compliance with university policies, managing event budgets, and following risk management protocols. The PM serves as a key advocate and support resource for ICA-affiliated student organizations throughout the event planning process. In addition to program coordination, the PM will be responsible for various administrative functions that ensure the smooth operation of the department. These duties include contract and vendor management, calendar scheduling, and overseeing the execution of project-based activities aligned with departmental goals. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders are essential for success. This position requires occasional evening and weekend work to support ICA programs, events, and student organization activities.
