    • Groundskeeper in Malibu Campus

      Under general supervision of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, assist in maintaining University by completing assigned landscape maintenance in coordination with upcoming or unforeseen events. Maintenance includes planting shrubs, flowers and trees, mowing, trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs, removing dead or unwanted trees, hand watering gardens and lawns, groundskeeping activities such as litter, trash removal, outdoor furniture cleaning and power washing or outdoor surface cleaning during the hours of 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

    • Director of Alumni Engagement, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS) in West LA Campus

      The Director of Alumni Engagement plays a crucial role in fostering enduring relationships with alumni, students, faculty, and staff at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position is responsible for executing strategic initiatives to enhance alumni engagement, contributing to the development of a vibrant alumni community, and supporting the strategic goals of the Alumni Affairs Strategic Plan, the Advancement Strategic Plan, the Ascend Together University Strategic Plan, the PGBS Dean, and future strategic directives. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Affairs, the Director oversees various events, programs, initiatives, and resources in support of alumni engagement primarily for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, but at times also for all six schools of Pepperdine University. This position manages affinity groups and online communities, actively working to promote the mission of Pepperdine and PGBS to develop value-centered leaders, advance responsible business practices, and elevate, celebrate, and honor our alumni.

    • Vice Chancellor, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Malibu Campus

      The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.

      The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Straus Institute) at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law seeks a dynamic leader and creative thinker to serve as the Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. The Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution will be responsible for advancing the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law’s commitment to academic excellence and the Christian faith through strategic planning, program development, staff leadership, and operational oversight of the Straus Institute, which promotes justice and dispute resolution through academic and professional training programs in mediation, arbitration, conflict resolution, and related fields.

      The Specialist, Donor Relations provides strategic, well-written, and creative, communications to support fundraising and stewardship efforts for Pepperdine University and its advancement staff. This role will carry out research and fact-checking assignments to ensure communications for print and digital resources are accurate, reflect the University’s strategic priorities, align with our University marketing brand experience, and support the mission of Pepperdine and the students we serve. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends in large part on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position is expected to reside in and work from Idaho, Oregon, or Washington State.
