      The Academic Advisor for the College of Health Sciences (PCHS) plays a vital role in supporting student success by providing holistic advising services beginning at the time of initial engagement, continuing through application, matriculation, and enrollment, and persisting through program completion and graduation. This position guides students through their academic journeys by helping them explore educational pathways and access key college resources, including prerequisite completion, program requirements, enrollment policies, financial assistance counseling, and transfer guidance. Utilizing professional advising and guidance skills, the Academic Specialist assesses the individual needs of students and offers tailored support to promote academic planning, progress, and timely degree completion. As needs arise, the Academic Specialist must be adaptable and adept at responding to unexpected requests and responsibilities should they arise. Additionally, it is reasonable to expect that as the college grows and develops, the Academic Specialist’s duties will evolve within the area of student services to meet program and college performance metrics and objectives and provide support for the college’s students, schools, and programs.

    • Public Services Assistant in West LA Campus

      Reporting to the West Los Angeles (WLA) Campus Librarian, the Public Services Assistant oversees daytime library operations at the WLA Campus Library and provides support to libraries on other Pepperdine campuses as needed. The Public Services Assistant performs a variety of duties to assist Pepperdine students, faculty, and staff, which include: checking out library materials, navigating the library catalog, helping patrons to print documents, and answering basic reference questions in person and via the library’s chat reference service; adding digital sources to the library’s eReserves platform for both online and in-person WLA classes; serving as the libraries’ designated copyright coordinator; supporting Interlibrary Loan processing; and designing engaging displays of WLA Library’s collections. This position supports the University’s mission and strategic plan of promoting academic excellence and Christian values by providing outstanding customer service and assisting students, staff, and faculty at the West Los Angeles Campus Library.

      The Pepperdine University School of Physician Assistant Studies seeks candidates to serve in full-time 12-month clinical or tenure track faculty appointments as principal faculty member for its developing* graduate Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program. The principal faculty member has primary responsibility for supporting the design, delivery, and assessment of the curriculum, as well as student evaluation, program self-assessment, and accreditation activities.       The Manager, Endowment and Restricted Fund Stewardship ensures financial accountability, transparency, and high-touch stewardship for non-scholarship funds through deeply customized donor reporting. This position manages the tracking and stewardship of complex accounts, including capital projects, endowed chairs and professorships, academic and student experience initiatives, and general operational funds. Acting as a strategic bridge between Advancement, General Accounting, Financial Planning, Financial Aid, and campus partners, this role requires exceptional data fluency, analytical rigor, and collaborative skills. The Manager transforms multi-source financial data into bespoke impact reports that resonate with donors, deepening their engagement and confidence in the University's mission. Beyond reporting, this position plays an active role in team strategy and major donor events. Above all, the Manager upholds and advances the University’s mission through every aspect of their work, ensuring that donor gifts are managed with integrity, precision, and purpose.
