  • First-Year Experience Assistant Director in Gambier, OH

    Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of First-Year Experience Assistant Director. The qualified candidate will have an excellent opportunity to assist in visioning and building a comprehensive First-Year Experience Program, an integral part of Kenyon’s Strategic Plan. The Assistant Director of the First-Year Experience will assist in the development, execution, and assessment of Orientation and First-Year Experience programming for new and transfer students. The Assistant Director works with partners across the College and draws upon national best practices and emerging trends in student transition, retention, and engagement. The Assistant Director will oversee Student and Family Summer Connection programming, assist in the coordination of Fall Orientation, and partner with the Director to build a comprehensive college-wide First-Year Experience Program. The Assistant Director will provide leadership for student staff selection and training, and developing a set of Orientation Engagement Community Opportunities.   • Senior Director of Facilities Projects and Sustainability in Gambier, OH

    Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified applicant to fill the position of Senior Director of Facilities Projects and Sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Senior Director of Facilities Projects and Sustainability is responsible for the planning and execution of capital projects – to include new construction, renewal and renovation. The position will be responsible for developing project scopes and budgets, supervision of design teams, general contractors, and construction management firms, and overseeing contracts and budgets. The position will support the COO in developing long range facilities plans and capital budgets, and will provide supervision to project management employees, while also performing project management functions on specific projects.

  • Assistant Athletic Trainer in Gambier, OH

    Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer. This is a full-time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance and working under the license of the Kenyon College Team Physician, the Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head Athletic Trainer with providing prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries to 23 Division III intercollegiate male and female sports. It is also expected that the Assistant Athletic Trainer embraces the department mission of fostering learning and developing community with a focus on the values of citizenship, competition, resiliency, sportsmanship and teamwork within Kenyon’s unique campus culture.   • Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time in Gambier, OH

    Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Campus Safety Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time. Hours worked per week and shifts worked will be dependent on coverage needs, including weekends and possibly holidays. The rate of pay is $18.50 per hour between the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm, $20.00 between the hours of 3:00pm to 7:00am. Part-Time Campus Safety Telecommunication Officers receive double their hourly pay rate when scheduled to work a shift during recognized college holidays. This is a collectively bargained position and without benefits.
