About the Opportunity

MinRes is seeking experienced Blast Crew members to join our unique Drill and Blast team at our Onslow Iron operation. You will work closely with our Shotfirers and Drillers as part of a small, dedicated team.

Full-time positions are available on an 8/6, 7/7 roster, with rotating day and night shifts, offering FIFO from Perth, WA.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
• Blast Crew experience, working with Nonel and/or Electronic
• Hold, or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
• Full Australian Work Rights

About Onslow Iron

Onslow Iron is one of the largest iron ore projects under development in Australia, set to unlock billions of tonnes of stranded deposits in the West Pilbara region. Underpinning the project is the innovative supply chain including modular crushers, a 150km private, dedicated haul road, and transhippers. At the Ken’s Bore Resort, we’ve set a new standard for FIFO accommodation with 45 square metres of living space – three times the size of traditional FIFO rooms – each equipped with a queen size bed, ensuite, kitchenette, big screen TV and private laundry.
