If you're a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic who takes satisfaction in keeping camp infrastructure running smoothly and reliably, this is a role built around your trade.

What You'll Be Working On

• Delivering scheduled preventative maintenance across all camp refrigeration and HVAC systems, including accommodation units, kitchen cool rooms, and amenities
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across refrigeration plant to minimise disruption to camp residents and operations
• Maintaining accurate service records, work orders, and compliance documentation in line with MinRes site standards
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements to extend equipment life and reduce reactive callouts

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) with a current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
• Hands-on experience maintaining and fault-finding commercial refrigeration systems, cool rooms, split systems, and ducted HVAC units
• A methodical approach to preventative maintenance scheduling and documentation
• Familiarity with MinRes or similar mining camp environments, including permit-to-work and site isolation procedures
• Current driver's licence and readiness to work a FIFO roster
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
