Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist at our Sydney location, employed on a Full-Time basis.

The Position:

  • Develop and manage schedules for planned, reactive, and follow-on maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity

  • Coordinate service and vendor partners for timely task execution and resolution

  • Submit and manage purchase orders in real-time, maintaining clear audit trail

  • Keep the Asset Register current with updates across sites, portfolios, and evolving infrastructure needs

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (CIPs) and respond to shifting requirements with agility

  • Govern all day-to-day asset planning tasks and scheduling operations efficiently

  • Lead supplier governance activities, including recurring meetings and performance reviews

Minimum Criteria:

  • Experience in facilities planning, scheduling, and asset lifecycle management within complex environments

  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance software (e.g., Maximo, SAP, MS Project)

  • Exceptional coordination and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-compliance setting

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate across operational teams

  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, data integrity, and performance outcomes
