An essential part of the role is to work closely with the in-market business development teams, global BD counterparts, IKCs, AP+ client teams, industry groups, and other practice groups.

Talent Manager / Assistant Manager (Graduate Recruitment) in Hong Kong
This role plays a crucial role in shaping the future talent pipeline by developing and implementing graduate recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates. This role will primarily manage and administer end-to-end graduate recruitment-related matters for the Firm. The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the Partners and Head of Talent Management to determine our graduate recruitment strategy and contribute to the overall Firm strategy. To implement the strategy effectively, this role will build and maintain strong relationships with graduates, universities, and relevant student organizations. Additionally, this role is integral to supporting various HR functions, ensuring that HR policies, procedures, and programs are administered efficiently.
