About the Team & Office

We’re all about creating fun, engaging radio that Brisbane loves. You’ll be part of a passionate, high-performing team that thrives on creativity and collaboration. Our office—right in the heart of the Brissy CBD—buzzes with energy, ideas, and great tunes.

Plus, we’re currently trialling a 9-day fortnight, giving you every second Friday off to relax, recharge, and come back fresh.

A day in the life?

As the Brand & Promotions Lead, your day is all about bringing our brands to life. You’ll work closely with the Content team to plan and deliver creative activations that connect with our audience and drive ratings and revenue. Whether it's a live event, survey promotion, social campaign, or web initiative, you're behind the scenes making it all happen.

You’ll also coach and support your local Brand Experience team, helping them grow while keeping projects running smoothly. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative role where your creativity, leadership, and energy make a real impact every single day.

What You’ll Need

• Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy
• In depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
• Excellent people and resource management skills
• Successful track record leading, motivating and inspiring complex teams; leading teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
• Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
• Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences
