The Operation Specialist works to ensure the smooth operation of every aspect of each SIM experience from start to finish. Customer service skills are essential component of this role since simulation experiences are offered to current and future students, guests and visitors, and alumni of the University. This individual will also mentor, develop, and supervise a team of graduate recruiters while directing daily workflow and recruitment-related processes; and will bring established expertise and experience in graduate admissions, marketing, enrollment systems, and change management in higher education.
