JOB SUMMARY |
The Work Study Assistant supports the Serviam Institute for International Security by contributing to research, event support, simulations, and other operational activities that advance the Institute’s mission. |

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
Responsibilities may include support for simulation scenario design, background research, role materials, testing, live exercise execution, lessons-learned analysis, guest speaker coordination, and other projects that advance the Institute’s focus on policy innovation, real-world security training, and student development. |
|
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS |
Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest in international security, foreign policy, or related fields. Experience with simulations or wargaming is required, and additional experience in research, event support, or writing is preferred. |

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS |
Desired qualifications include familiarity with AI tools for game design, simulations or wargaming. |
