Assoc Dir Leadership Annual Giving in South Orange
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropic Engagement, the Associate Director of Leadership Annual Giving manages upper-level annual giving ($1,000+), focusing on building Seton Hall University's Bayley Society and Reunion Program. Responsibilities include virtual and face-to-face solicitations, supplemented by phone calls, emails, and written communications. The primary audiences are alumni and families, especially those in reunion class years. The role involves high-volume, personalized outreach to maximize donor engagement and requires some travel and event attendance. The Associate Director qualifies, engages, and acquires new donors, encourages current donors to renew and increase their giving, and assesses future major gift capacity. The position supports annual gift efforts across direct mail, social media, crowdfunding, and digital marketing to grow Seton Hall’s donor base, retention rate, and funds raised. Additionally, the role involves all aspects of Alumni Engagement, including communication, digital, experiential, philanthropic, leadership giving, and volunteer engagement, working collaboratively within an integrated engagement team. Experience in Higher Education is preferred.

Lecturer in Law in South Orange
Seton Hall University School of Law welcomes applications for a Lecturer in Law to begin in July 2025. The Lecturer in Law will be responsible for teaching foundational law courses to undergraduate law majors at Seton Hall University’s College of Arts and Sciences and School of Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as for providing administrative support to the undergraduate law program, including student advising. He or she may also teach additional courses at Seton Hall Law School and/or the School of Diplomacy and International Relations.

Business and Data Librarian in South Orange

This PT Graduate Assistant position assists the Communications and Digital Engagement team within the Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy department. The Public Safety officer’s primary purpose is to protect life and property. Reporting directly to the Dean of Arts and Sciences, the Associate Dean for STEM and Research will advance grantsmanship across disciplines, student recruitment and retention at the undergraduate and graduate levels, steward academic program development and differentiation, improve and expand experiential learning opportunities, and facilitate student success in the STEM fields of the College of Arts and Sciences.
