The Art and Design Lab Monitor University Student Aid must be able to work nights and weekends to keep the lab opened and machines up and running in the Graphic Design Studios as well as in the Photo Labs. The Lab Monitor will also assist students with changing out printer cartridges and assisting with other duties as assigned by either the Professor or Assistant Professor of the department. Graduate Administrative Assistant - Social Work Program (Spring 2026) in Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
A Graduate Administrative Assistant (GAA) assists administrative staff with collecting, organizing, and analyzing various types of data or information, assist with special projects and other duties assigned by the unit’s supervisor and/or appropriate faculty and/or staff. Stipend: $12.00 per hour with a max of 20 hours per week for a total of three semesters. Student compensation is based on the number of hours worked, and students must clock in and clock out for each shift. Biweekly payroll over the course of the term. In addition to a stipend, graduate assistantships carry a scholarship of 9 semester hours of graduate tuition and the general university fee.

The duties of the University Student Aid are to obtain work experience on campus in offices, labs, gym, the library, and other areas. Duties may include assisting staff and faculty with preparation for research, classroom instruction, departmental operational needs, or performing administrative and other support duties as required.
