The supervising faculty member is responsible for overseeing the assignment of all grades to students in the courses. Positions will be filled based on individual applicant’s skills, qualification, and departmental needs. Career Technical Education and Professional Studies – CCAMPIS GRANT PROGRAM CO-COORDINATOR in Jacksonville, AL (CEPS Complex)
The Child Care Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) Program Co-Coordinator is responsible for reviewing applications for enrollment in the CCAMPIS program, confirming eligibility with the Office of Financial Aid, hiring staff for the CCAPMIS classrooms, placing orders for materials, furnishings, and supplies, collecting and managing data essential to the CCAMPIS Grant, managing day to day operations of the CCAMPIS program including early and late care options for eligible families. The CCAMPIS Program Co-Coordinator will work with the Co-Coordinator, external reviewer, the Child Development Center Director, Assistant Director, and Administrative Assistant, JSU student parents, and other departments and offices across the JSU campus. In addition to performing clerical work of greater difficulty, this position includes processing and maintaining relatively complex office records and reports (digital and print) involving the CCAMPIS Program. This is a four-year, grant-funded position, which is renewable pending the continuation of funds.
