Key Responsibilities: • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and events related to the Nuclear Energy Roadmap. • Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and documentation for Institute activities. • Assist in maintaining databases of partners, sponsors, and participants. • Support project reporting and basic budget tracking under the guidance of the Director. • Assist with preparation of communication materials, newsletters, and web updates. • Help coordinate student interns and part-time assistants supporting Institute operations. • Provide clerical assistance for proposal submission and grant documentation. • Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries related to nuclear programs.
