Visiting Faculty Lecturer - School of Criminology and Justice Studies (SCJS) in UMass Lowell
The University of Massachusetts Lowell is seeking a Visiting Faculty Lecturer for a 1-year appointment, renewable upon positive evaluation, to join the faculty at the School of Criminology and Justice Studies (SCJS). The area of expertise is open, but candidates with a scholarly focus in the areas of community-based crime prevention, criminal justice program evaluation, or cybercrime will receive enhanced consideration. The teaching load is three courses per term with an added expectation of service to the School. Successful applicants will have completed a Ph.D. in criminology, criminal justice, or a related field. ABD candidates near degree completion will be considered. The start date for the position is September 2025. The position will remain open until filled.
