CEMA seeks a detailed-oriented individual who enjoys working outdoors to join our team as a meteorological network technician. This position will support the operation and maintenance of the Delaware Environmental Observing System (DEOS) network (https://deos.udel.edu) – a 100+ station environmental monitoring network serving the Delaware and the surrounding region. Typical duties for this position involve field work in various weather conditions, travel throughout Delaware and the surrounding region, and the operation of power and hand tools. This is a part-time position (1-2 days per week for up to 10 hours per week), with flexibility on the days of the week worked.

Reporting directly to the Apartment Coordinator (AC), Apartment Assistants (AA) serve under a general charge of supporting the administrative function of University Courtyard Apartments (UCA) and will primarily work to maintain a safe and secure environment for resident students, respond to student and facility needs after hours, develop a sense of community and belonging, and complete associated administrative responsibilities including distributing and organizing mail and packages, answering office phones, responding to questions, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a live-in position, and AAs are required to reside in their assigned room. This position requires work during breaks and holidays.
