The Assistant Director performs a wide range of duties in service to undergraduate and graduate students within the School of Management (SoM). Duties include: student advising; enforcement of SoM and University policies, recruiting and supporting mentors and students for the SoM mentor program; undergraduate and graduate program planning; monitoring of, advice to, and guidance to student organizations; promotion of SoM via social media and other channels; scheduling and faculty load analysis; SoM event planning and hosting; competitor research, tracking, and reporting (including program benchmarking); implementation and analysis of program assessment activities; problem solving in consultation with partner offices, and other duties as assigned.
