The Director of Innovation, Systems Integration and Improvement is a key member of the Ambulatory Services leadership team. Functions as the Ambulatory lead role for a variety of multi-disciplinary projects that drive innovation, operations transformation, quality initiatives, and capital projects. Will be responsible to implement models of systemness that expand and standardize ongoing eHealth initiatives across Ambulatory Services in support of the Upstate strategic plan and planned clinical growth. Areas of focus include primary intermediary with IMT teams to implement initiatives across ambulatory clinical services that enhance the patient experience such as system patient access, direct patient scheduling, referral management and digital front door platform.
