Sterile Supply Assistant in Syracuse
Sterilization of surgical instrumentation for Orthopedics within the department of Sterile Processing. In addition to ensuring the sterilization of reusable surgical sets this role communicates with vendors and surgeons, circulating nurses and surgical technicians regarding preparedness for the use of the surgical sets; will recognize recurring problems and implement corrective action as needed; severs as the contact person to handle surgical sets needs/problems during surgeries throughout their shift.
