Sterile Supply Assistant in Syracuse

The Biobehavioral Health Unit RN Navigator is a Registered Nurse whose clinical nursing experience guides patients and their families to informed decision making. The RN Navigator assumes responsibilities and accountability for planning, guiding and evaluating the delivery of patient care. Monitors patient's progress throughout treatment. Intervenes as needed to ensure compliance and optimum care. Collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate timely, appropriate screening, diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, treatment and supportive care across the health care continuum.
