Manager, Employment Services (Administrator I), Human Resources Division in San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general direction of the Director, Employment Services, the Manager, Employment Services is a “working manager” responsible for the day-to-day operations of the employment services department. The Senior Manager, Employment Services provides quality and timely customer service to the campus community and departmental constituents, and advises administrators, staff and faculty of administrative policies, procedures, and legal issues related to employment services functions of the University. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, based on departmental needs and event scheduling.
