Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Coordinator I supports the CWC Program Director by coordinating projects, events, and day-to-day office operations, including providing lead direction to support staff and student assistants. The role also manages budget and financial transactions, maintains accurate fiscal records, and ensures excellent customer service for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Counselor - Outreach Specialist (SSP IB) in East Bay
The Office of Student Outreach provides comprehensive services to prospective students, current students, staff, faculty, and members of the community-at-large seeking University information or services concerning outreach, pre-admission advising, transfer credit evaluation and financial aid. This position conducts a full range of enrollment services activities. Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Outreach, this position specializes in generating, cultivating, advising, converting, and yielding prospective students within a defined market territory as well as supporting efforts to meet the University's overall new student enrollment goals. Responsibilities include (but are not confined to) the following: under the guidance and leadership of an outreach counselor, conduct on- and off-campus pre-admission advising appointments regionally and out-of-area as needed; participate in on- and off-campus events; conduct advising and promotional visits to high schools and community colleges with corresponding reports of prospect generation and conversion from prospect to applicant, acceptance and enrollment from said schools; represent all University programs (both academic and co-curricular) through presentations and workshops; track student interactions; represent the University at college fairs/evening programs; conduct informational presentations on CSUEB, the CSU system, admissions, and financial aid; provide follow-up written, electronic and telephone communication to prospective students; build and sustain positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and high school & community college specialists.

Functional Lead for Campus Community & Systemwide Reporting (Business Systems Analyst III) in Chico
Working independently under the general direction of the Assistant Registrar for Systems, the Functional Lead for Campus Community & Systemwide Reporting oversees the operation and maintenance of the Oracle PeopleSoft Student Information System for the Campus Community and Systemwide Reporting modules. These components are essential to the university’s student information system, supporting data integrity and compliance with mandatory reporting requirements to the CSU Office of the Chancellor. The incumbent manages testing, review, and implementation of system upgrades and maintenance, and leads research, planning, and development for continuous improvement. This role also resolves system issues and coordinates with campus departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of CSU, Chico student data. The Office of the Registrar includes Articulation, Graduation Advising and Transfer Credit, Degree Audit Programming, Student Records and Registration, Systems, and Veterans Affairs. It serves as a central resource for staff, faculty, students, and external agencies on student information systems and academic records. Clinic Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary, Hourly) in East Bay
The Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences is an academic department in the newly formed College of Health, offering BS and MS degrees conducted under the auspices of the academic department and the Rees Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic. The Rees Clinic provides a variety of services to individuals with communications disorders residing in surrounding Bay Area Communities. Each semester approximately 100 clients and 50 family members from the community receive services in the Rees Clinic. The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality front-line service for clients and community members that visit the Rees Clinic, keep careful records and documentation of clinic services, and represent the Rees Clinic at community events. This position serves under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, and works closely with the Administrative Support Coordiantor, and the Department Chair.
