    Working independently under the general direction of the Program Coordinator, the incumbent performs complex professional student services work supporting recruitment, admission, enrollment, retention, and graduation. The incumbent collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to support student success and serves as a liaison between students and university personnel regarding program requirements. The incumbent analyzes student and program needs, interprets policies and eligibility requirements, and applies advising, interviewing, and counseling techniques to support academic achievement and lifelong learning. The position requires independent judgment, administrative planning, and problem-solving to develop and implement effective solutions. In collaboration with academic departments and campus partners, the incumbent develops approaches that enhance student engagement, improve program effectiveness, and support retention and degree completion.
