The coordinator serves as the main liaison between CSUSB and community-based organizations (CBOs), ensuring seamless support and collaboration. The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to resolve complex issues and may serve as a lead for other staff.

Under the direction of the Cashiering Supervisor, this position provides support for cashiering operations including payroll, posting/counting/balancing monies, preparing bank deposits, sale of student and guest parking, maintenance and collection of parking permit machines, audits of satellite cashiering operations, and other back-office functions utilizing the PeopleSoft Student Administration System, CASHNet POS system, T2 parking, and OTRS systems. The position also provides customer service to students, faculty, staff, and university departments analyzing student accounts, processing payments and deposits and payment agreements, all in accordance with university policies and procedures.
