We are looking for highly motivated and driven entrepreneurs and business professionals that have a strong desire to share their knowledge and experience, and are interested in teaching, mentoring and coaching students studying Entrepreneurship in Cal State San Bernardino’s globally ranked program (#38 in the World, 2025 The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine Rankings). Unlike most academic departments, the School of Entrepreneurship – the first and only school of its kind in California – operates in an entrepreneurial fashion to help students acquire the knowledge and competencies to become successful entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. With a focus on experiential learning and an innovative curriculum/pedagogy, we guide students through the process of creating, launching and managing a business venture. The School delivers more than 20 unique courses in degree focused programs at the undergraduate and graduate level, including a bachelor’s concentration in Entrepreneurship and a dedicated Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MSEI).
