The Program Manager works directly with entrepreneurs, business advisors, subject matter experts, lenders, and community partners to deliver measurable business outcomes and a high-quality participant experience. This individual will build and manage a scalable program model that can be replicated across multiple regions while advancing economic mobility and community impact.
